Why we process it

To provide the regulatory library, alerts, expert-question workflow, account administration and authorized API access.

To protect tenants, investigate errors and abuse, preserve required audit history and meet contractual or legal obligations.

Question confidentiality

A customer organization name and account identity are not disclosed to assigned experts or other member companies. Experts receive only the privacy-reviewed question and the source context needed to answer it.

Attachments remain private to authorized members of the customer organization and experts specifically assigned to that question. They are not included in a published member answer.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with authorized RegsUP operators, contracted infrastructure providers and assigned experts where the workflow requires it. Access is scoped by role and organization.

Records are retained only for the service, security, audit, contractual and legal periods that apply. Some immutable regulatory and financial audit records must remain after ordinary content is withdrawn.

Optional website measurement

With your optional consent, RegsUP uses Google Analytics to understand aggregated use of the public website, such as page views, traffic sources and interaction patterns. Analytics is not enabled in the authenticated workspace, account-recovery or invitation flows.

We do not intentionally send customer, account, regulatory-workspace or form content to Google Analytics. You can accept, reject or later change this choice from the privacy preferences control. When consent is withdrawn, the site disables Analytics and removes its first-party Analytics cookies where the browser permits.

Your choices and rights

Regulation follows, alert preferences and optional profile information can be changed from the platform. Applicability profiles and approval inventories are optional.

Use the RegsUP contact or demo-request channel to request access, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable. Identity and authority may be verified before a request is fulfilled.
